Social Education & Technology Development Organisation

Secretary’s Message

Dream with closed eyes, open to work for achieving them. This quote has an underlying message with a lot of relevance and significance for all of us – personally and professionally. I believe one should dream and work to achieve them. In fact I sincerely believe that one should work for 3 most important things to be successful. Firstly we need a Plan of Action secondly a Development Strategy and thirdly Progress with quality in work.

While working in good positions with some of the Social Welfare agencies, Educational Institutes and Corporate for 9 years and also as Technical Advisor at Health and Social Development Research Centre, I had occasions to meet and interact with experts in their respective fields and some Knowledge Gurus. Sharing with their experiences, it was clear that Education is must for sustaining healthy social life. Quality education can help in reducing unemployment which is another problem of the country/world.

To be able to face challenges of CHANGE for Social, Educational, Technical development, today’s system need the human resource that can be their asset. Organisations require people fulfilling competency requirements. Inspite of high salaries this organisational need remains mostly a dream. To improve this type of situation, it requires Qualitative work by organisation for bringing about the CHANGE.

Social Educational & Technical Development Organisation (SETDO) is committed to work for CHANGE in Social, Educational & Technological fields starting right from school level. In the process, we sincerely believe we would be able to develop the required capability and competence in our Society. This way we can help to bring about CHANGE for better life. We also believe this effort for CHANGE will help in making a small contribution in the process of nation-building.

CHANGE starts from individual and individuals form the society only after getting quality education in quality educational institute with quality technology.
